Arcola Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Arcola Presbytery and containing preaching points at Arcola, South Arcola, Wordsworth, Wilmar. The Willmar point closed November 23, 1995. The charge amalgamated with Kisby-Lampman, July 1, 2008, to form the new Arcola-Kisby Pastoral Charge.

Kisbey Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Arcola Presbytery and with appointments at Kisbey, Percy, Warmley, and Maitland. By 1951, the charge consisted of Kisbey, Percy, Morrisview, Warmley and Coteau (noted as closed). Lampman joined Kisbey Pastoral Charge, ca.1969, and the charge was eventually re-named Kisbey-Lampman Pastoral Charge.

Kisbey-Lampman Pastoral Charge was formed by a combination of appointments, previously in other charges. Lampman closed February 28, 2008, and the remaining charge amalgamated with Arcola to form Arcola-Kisbey Pastoral Charge, July 1, 2008.

Avonlea-Briercrest Pastoral Charge was formed around 1971, in Moose Jaw Presbytery, from an amalgamation of Briercrest and Avonlea Pastoral Charges. Preaching points have included Avonlea, Blue Hill, and Briercrest (until it closed June 30, 2013). As of September 28, 2013, the name changed to Avonlea - Blue Hill Pastoral Charge.

Briercrest Pastoral Charge was formed as a new self-sustaining United Church charge in 1925, part of Moose Jaw Presbytery and consisting of appointments at Briercrest -- southeast of Moose Jaw -- and Blue Hill (as of 1926). Prior to union, it appears to have been a largely Methodist-served charge that covered the Briercrest and Blue Hill congregations. Additional points in the United Church charge included Tilney (by 1932) and Baildon (by 1940).

Around 1971, the charge amalgamated with Avonlea Pastoral Charge, to form Avonlea-Briercrest Pastoral Charge, including points at Blue Hill and Hearne.

Balgonie-McLean Pastoral Charge was created June 30, 2000, from the amalgamation of McLean Bethel Pastoral Charge and Balgonie Pastoral Charge (previously part of New Beginnings Pastoral Charge, to 1994).

Asquith Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Saskatoon Presbytery and containing preaching points at Asquith, Poplar Crescent and McTavish. By 1932, the charge had become Asquith-Kinley Pastoral Charge, containing Asquith and Kinley appointments. The name shifted back to Asquith Pastoral Charge by 1936. As of 1962, preaching points were listed as Asquith, Arelee, and Environ (the latter had left or closed by 1969). In 1981, the Arelee point had moved from Asquith to Perdue Pastoral Charge. On July 1, 1999, the charge amalgamated with Perdue to become Asquith-Perdue Pastoral Charge.

Perdue Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Saskatoon Presbytery and containing preaching points at Perdue and Hope Hall. By 1932, the charge had become Perdue-Leney Pastoral Charge, with additional points at Hope Hall, Keppel, and Tweedyside. As of 1962, preaching points were listed as Perdue, Hope Hall, Kinley and Leney. In 1981, Arelee joined Perdue (from Asquith Pastoral Charge); it later closed July 1, 1984. On July 1, 1999, the charge amalgamated with Asquith to become Asquith-Perdue Pastoral Charge.

Assiniboia Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Assiniboia Presbytery, consisting of St. Paul's United Church, in Assiniboia. The appointment at Willows was added ca.1926. By 1946, the charge consisted of Assiniboia and Maxtone preaching points. In 1982, Viceroy re-opened and was added to Assiniboia Pastoral Charge, which had joined Moose Jaw Presbytery. As of 1984, St. Paul's (Assiniboia), Viceroy and Willow Bunch were listed as preaching points. Viceroy closed in 1985. Willow Bunch closed January 15, 2009.

Balgonie Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Regina Presbytery, with appointments at Balgonie, Newton and Pilot Butte. By 1936, the charge consisted of Balgonie and Newton and, between 1940 and 1946, Pasqua Reserve was also added. As of 1962, Balgonie and Pilot Butte were the only listed preaching points and around 1965, Pilot Butte formed its own separate charge, served from Regina St. James, while Balgonie was served from Brora, which it joined soon after.

Balgonie and Pilot Butte together formed New Beginnings Pastoral Charge, around 1982. On January 1, 1994, the charge divided again into Balgonie and Pilot Butte Pastoral Charges. Balgonie Pastoral Charge amalgamated with McLean Bethel Pastoral Charge, June 30, 2000, to form Balgonie-McLean Pastoral Charge.

Qu'Appelle Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Qu'Appelle Presbytery and consisting of appointments at Qu'Appelle and Edgeley. The congregation at Qu'Appelle can be traced to Presbyterian and Methodist congregations from at least the 1880s, which joined in 1925, creating Knox United Church, in the former Presbyterian building (built ca.1907, replacing a previous 1886 building). The Methodist Qu'Appelle Circuit (formed ca.1882) had served congregations in Qu'Appelle and Edgeley, both of which also built churches, in 1883.

By 1962, Qu'Appelle Pastoral Charge points at Qu'Appelle and Edgeley had been joined by McLean and Avonhurst (formerly McLean Pastoral Charge). By 1969, Avonhurst was no longer listed in the charge. On April 1, 1989, Edgeley and McLean separated and formed their own pastoral charges. In 2018, the remaining Qu'Appelle Knox Pastoral Charge was disbanded. (The separate Edgeley Pastoral Charge continued on.)

Craik Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Regina Presbytery and containing preaching points at Craik and Rose Hill. The charge has also included Aylesbury, Foxbury (ca.1951), Holdfast, and Penzance. Aylesbury United Church was closed June 30, 1999. Holdfast United Church was closed March 11, 2009.

Imperial Pastoral Charge was formed as a United Church charge in 1925, part of Regina Presbytery. As of 1932, the charge consisted of Imperial, Bermuda, Cullyton, and Stalwart. Davenport joined it by 1936, Indian Hill and Lake City by 1940. In 1957, Imperial amalgamated with Simpson to form Simpson-Imperial Pastoral Charge, in Saskatoon Presbytery. As of 1962, the charge included Imperial, Simpson and Stalwart (the latter was not listed from 1964).

Around 1970, the charge moved back to Regina Presbytery, with preaching points listed as Imperial, Simpson, and Liberty (previously part of Liberty Pastoral Charge, alongside Holdfast and Penzance). The name returned to Imperial Pastoral Charge ca.1971 and it later moved to Moose Jaw Presbytery. By 1994, preaching points were listed as: St. Andrew's United Church, in Imperial; Bethel United Church, in Liberty; and St. John's United Church, in Simpson. Bethel United (Liberty) closed June 30, 2007 and St. John's (Simpson) closed June 30, 2013.

Spiritwood Pastoral Charge was created between 1926 and 1932, part of Prince Albert Presbytery and consisting of preaching points at Spiritwood, Bapaume and Mildred. By 1936, the Mildred point had moved to Shell Lake Pastoral Charge. Around 1940, the charge appears to have been dissolved, with Spiritwood joining Rothermere Pastoral Charge, in Battleford Presbytery.

Around 1965, the Spiritwood Pastoral Charge re-emerged, part of Prince Albert Presbytery and consisting of Spiritwood, Shell Lake, Twin Bay, Ranger, and Chitek Lake. By 1969, Shell Lake and Spiritwood were the only remaining points. As of 1984, the charge consisted of Chitek Lake (Summer), Glaslyn (Bissell Memorial), Shell Lake (Grace) and Spiritwood (Bissell Memorial). On June 30, 2002, Bissel Memorial Church, in Spiritwood, was re-named Trinity Bissell Memorial United Church. The charge was officially re-named Partners in Faith (Shared Ministry), on June 17, 2014.

Rocanville Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Abernethy Presbytery and containing preaching points at Rocanville, Hillburn and Prosperity. By 1932, the charge and its points had moved to Qu'Appelle Presbytery. In the 1950s, Perth was also listed as part of the charge, alongside the original three points. Prosperity amalgamated with Rocanville in 1963 and Hillburn closed in early 1964, leaving just Rocanville in the charge. Spy Hill was added, ca.1969, and the charge was listed as Rocanville - Spy Hill by the early 1980s. On January 1, 1989, Wapella joined Rocanville and Spy Hill to form the three-point charge Rocanville - Spy Hill - Wapella Pastoral Charge. Welwyn was added in the 1990s and the name was officially changed to Rocanville United Pastoral Charge, on January 1, 1998. Wapella left the charge and formed a separate Wapella Pastoral Charge in 2006.
