Dinsmore Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Saskatoon Presbytery (then Elrose Presbytery in 1926) and consisting of preaching points at Abermule, Pontiac and Dinsmore. In the late-1940s, the charge amalgamated with Wiseton to form Wiseton-Dinsmore Pastoral Charge, with preaching points at Dinsmore, Forgan, and Wiseton. By 1951, the charge (listed as Wiseton Pastoral Charge) consisted of Wiseton, Dinsmore, Forgan and Coteau-View appointments. As of 1962, only Wiseton, Dinsmore and Forgan remained (the last of which was no longer listed by 1976).

On March 1, 2006, the charge joined with the Milden preaching point (previously part of Wheatlands Pastoral Charge) to create the new Prairie Spirit Pastoral Charge.

D.S. Dix was a prominent Presbyterian and then United Church clergyman, whose work included serving as minister to Saskatoon's Westminster Church, as lecturer and professor at the Presbyterian Theological College – which became St. Andrew's College – in Saskatoon, as Principal of St.Andrew's College, and as President of Saskatchewan Conference.

Born in 1875, in Woodbridge (York County), Ontario, Dix trained as a teacher and taught for 6 years before enrolling in the Presbyterian Knox College (University of Toronto). He graduated with a degree in theology, in 1907, and pursued further studies in divinity at Glasgow University (Scotland), the University of Chicago, and Union Seminary (New York). He served as minister to St. James Church (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), 1908-1910, to Chalmers Church (Guelph, Ontario), 1910-1913, and Westminster Church (Saskatoon), 1913-1919. Dix was also a lecturer and then professor at the Presbyterian Theological College, which became St. Andrew's College (Saskatoon), under its first Principal, Rev. E.H. Oliver. In 1935, Dix was appointed Principal of the College, after the death of E.H. Oliver.

In June 1946, Dix officially retired but remained associated with St. Andrew's College. He served on the United Church Board of Overseas Missions and as President of Saskatchewan Conference (1934-1935). He was Conference Archivist (1947-1953), and chairman of the Conference Historical Committee until his death, in 1956.

The Dominion Commission (officially "The Commission appointed pursuant to The United Church Act, chapter 100 of the Statutes of Canada, 1924") was formed to enable the distribution of property between the United Church of Canada, which about 70% of Presbyterian Churches in Canada joined, and the remaining "non-concurring" Presbyterian Church.

Drinkwater Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, as part of Moose Jaw Presbytery. Initially, the charge included preaching point at Drinkwater but by 1951 Belle Plaine was added and ca. 1962 Stoney Beach. The charge was later re-named Drinkwater - Stoney Beach Pastoral Charge. Around 1968, Drinkwater, Pense, Stoney Beach, Grand Coulee, Sherwood, and Richardson joined together to form the new Pense - Grand Coulee Pastoral Charge.

After the joint-charge was dissolved, Drinkwater joined with Pense to become Pense-Drinkwater Pastoral Charge, with preaching points at St. Andrew's (Pense) and Drinkwater. In 1994, Grand Coulee and Pense-Drinkwater Pastoral Charges amalgamated, as Plainsview Pastoral Charge. The points at Pense and Drinkwater both formally closed on June 30, 1998.

Duff Pastoral Charge was created July 1, 1989, from the division of Pheasant Creek Larger Parish (which also created Abernethy-Lemberg and Balcarres Pastoral Charges). Prior to this, the preaching point at Duff had been included in Balcarres Pastoral Charge (ca.1960s). Duff Pastoral Charge was officially closed June 30, 2007.

Dundurn Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, containing preaching points at Dundurn, Blackstrap and Coates. In the mid-1950s, the charge joined with Hanley to form Dundurn-Hanley Pastoral Charge.

Dundurn-Hanley Pastoral Charge was formed in the mid-1950s, from the combination of Dundurn Pastoral Charge and Hanley Pastoral Charge.

Eatonia Pastoral Charge was formed as new United Church charge in 1925, part of Kindersley Presbytery and consisting of Eatonia and La Porte preaching points, as well as Bailey (from 1926). As of 1951, the charge was listed under Rosetown Presbytery, with points at Eatonia, Glidden, Laporte, Mantario and Rankin. By 1962, only Eatonia and Mantario remained in the charge.

Around 1976, Eatonia and Mantario (from Eatonia PC) combined with Marengo, Alsask and Flaxcombe (from Marengo PC) to form Prairie Neighbours Pastoral Charge. The new charge lasted until January 1, 1983, when Eatonia-Mantario Pastoral Charge was established (alongside Marengo Pastoral Charge).

Barbara Joan Elliott was a Diaconal Minister. Born in Kintore, Ontario, the daughter of a United Church minister, she attended the United Church Training School and earned her B.A. in 1965 from the University of Alberta and B.D. in 1968 from St. Stephen’s College. She was designated in Alberta Conference where she first served. She later went to Manitoba Conference and then to Saskatchewan Conference where she worked the longest. She was first involved with Christian education, then in leadership development programs for conference personnel and work with women in the church and feminism.

Elrose Pastoral Charge was formed as a United Church charge in 1925, part of Kindersley Presbytery and containing Elrose and Hughton. By 1951, the charge was part of Rosetown Presbytery and the preaching point at Hester had been added.

Esterhazy Pastoral Charge was formed as a United Church charge in 1925, part of Abernethy Presbytery and consisting of preaching points at Kolin, Atwater and Esterhazy (St. Andrew's United Church). By 1951, the charge was part of Yorkton Presbytery and made up of Esterhazy, Redpath and Zeneta appointments.
