The fonds, related to the Cypress Rock and Fossil Club, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.
On 2007 October 18 and 2007 October 22 the records were transferred to the Swift Current Museum from Treasurer Dora Robinson and Secretary Margaret Sillerud.
