Photographs show scenes from the Canadian Legion, Saskatchewan Command, provincial convention held in Saskatoon and include photos of Lewis A. Henbury, executive director of the Saskatchewan Division of the Canadian Mental Health Association presenting the division's first provincial award to Mrs. R.S. Rickard of Balcarres on behalf of the Saskatchewan Command Ladies' Auxiliaries, as well as other women delegates, delegates at a Remembrance ceremony at the Capitol Theatre, a re-dedication ceremony at the Cenotaph, newly-moved to City Hall from 21st Street, and dignitaries at the opening ceremony (including Merv Woods, QC, provincial president).
