There are two coil bound scrapbooks of photographs, cards, and newspaper clippings of Club activities. There are two editions of Welcome Wagon International Handbook and By-Laws.

This fonds consists of financial and employee records of Whimster’s Hardware in Moose Jaw from 1935 to 1944. There are instructions for employees, as well as letters from a former employee instructing an employee on a few job procedures.
This fonds contains the schedule of rates and rules for the trainmen. The document was produced by the Canadian Pacific Railway company’s western division and was owned by William George Wood. ‘Thank you’ is inscribed in the left had corner of the document. The document was approved by the Brotherhood of the Railway Trainmen.
This fonds contains one death certificate, one commemorative scroll, and one b&w photograph. The death certificate and commemorative scroll pertain to William James Gillespie, and the photograph is of the reinforcements of the 46th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary force in the First World War, of which William James Gillespie was a member.
This fonds contains the union membership book of William Koznuk. It includes the union’s constitution, information about death benefits, advice and paid dues stamps. Koznuk was an employee at Const. & Gen. Lab in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The book was housed in a black plastic pouch with the union’s emblem.

There are records of projects, correspondence and reports regarding poster contests, newspaper clippings and 2 photographs of their parade float. There is a photocopy of a group photograph. The original photograph was catalogued for the library archives. There is also a “Declaration of Responsibility” set out by the students of Queen Elizabeth School.
