Series consists of files regarding the title to various church properties, including churches and manses, in Saskatchewan Conference (region), as well as general correspondence relating to property. Contents include correspondence, reports, financial records, and loan and grants documents.
Within the series, there are four sub-groupings: Titles; General; Manses; and Charges. "Property - TItles" files (no. 517 through 529) are mostly listed by type and contain correspondence pertaining to titles of church properties. "Property - General" files (530 through 549) are sorted alphabetically by topic and contain general correspondence pertaining to church properties. "Property - Manses" files (550 through 554) are sorted by sub-topics, e.g. furnishings, and contain correspondence and reports pertaining the furnishing, financing and modernization of manses. "Property - Charge" files (555 through 872) are organized by Pastoral Charge, from Aberdeen through Young-Zelma, and contain: general correspondence pertaining to properties held by particular charges in Sask.
