Moose Jaw Co-Ordinating War Services Council fonds
This fonds contains five series, the first consists of the records kept by the War Services Council and the War Services Auxiliary. Included is an Honour Roll of Moose Jaw servicemen, reports of the Parcels and Records Committee, two binders of newspaper reports on local servicemen killed, missing in action, or taken prisoner of war. There are also acknowledgment and thank you letters from parents to Moose Jaw City Council for the memorials and tributes paid to their fallen sons. There are two scrapbooks of newspaper clippings of war-related news. The second series contains 2 Visitor Books and a Reception and Adopted Homes Book of the War Services Club. The third series is financial records, including receipts, statements and ledgers. The fourth series is made up of minutes, reports and by-laws. The final series is comprised of correspondence, including thank you notes and letters relating to ration amounts.

Membership in the Historical Association, formed in 1917-1918, was open to any student who had taken one course in history at the University. Professor A.S. Morton fostered the society from the beginning and proved a source of inspiration in awakening and sustaining interest not only in ancient history and historical research, but also in modern problems and events. A photograph of members and a brief account of the Associations activities appears in most editions of the official yearbook or Greystone.

A 16-page flip-up calendar promoting the "Protestant Home For Children" in Indian Head. There are two months on each bottom page and a flower and text messages on each top page. There are no pictures of the Orange Home children. The last page has messages from Anne Stinson, Bob Sandercock and Vaughn Hayes - Orange Lodge/Orange Benevolent Society officials - with a small photo of each.
