This membership lists and financial statistics from 1928 to 1983 and a chronological summary of the group's highlights from 1932 to 1959 (first notebook) and 1959 to 1966 (second notebook. The notebooks were prepared by Grace Horsman.

A red 17 cm X 24 cm 50-page paperback notebook containing attendance, assets, receipts and expenditures for the Sunny Slope Club from 1941 to 1945, including amounts contributed to the War Relief Fund.
