The collection consists of primarily textual materials relating to various ministers and other lay people associated with the United Church, in Saskatchewan. Contents include obituaries, newspaper articles, pamphlets, programmes, publications, and various other documents containing biographical information.

Canadian Girls in Training, 1954-1970

Series contains regulations, minutes, reports, correspondence, newsletters, pamphlets, clippings and other documents relating to the Canadian Girls in Training (C.G.I.T.) program. Contents include files for: the CGIT Camp Committee (1960-1970); CGIT Camp Council (1954-1970); CGIT Leadership Training Committee (1964-1969); CGIT Provincial Girls' Executive (1957-1961); the CGIT Saskatoon Local Committee (1948-1963); CGIT Senior Girls' Conferences (1960-1961); CGIT 50th Anniversary; and various National Committee documents.

The collection consists primarily of documents relating to the histories of various local churches in Saskatchewan. Contents include written historical narratives (sketches) and notes, newspaper articles, pamphlets, and publications. There are also copies of volumes 1 and 2 of the local history book "Early History of Saskatchewan Churches (Grass Roots)", compiled and edited by Meredith B. Banting, ca.1975.

Conference Annual Meetings, 1925-1983

Series consists of: official and printed copies the Records of Proceedings for the annual meetings of Saskatchewan Conference (1925-1980, 1983); reports presented (1965-1969, 1971-1974); a roll of members at the first Conference (1925); associated financial records (1938-1972), Conference programmes (1925-1952) and some newspaper clippings (photocopied).

This is Doug McGillivray’s “Memory Lane” sports collection. It is a compilation of newspaper and magazine clippings of sporting events from 1904-1993. The sporting events include: horse racing, golf, collegiate sports, boxing, wrestling, soccer, ladies and men’s softball, Western Hockey Association (W.H.A.) hockey, track and field, basketball, old-timer hockey and National Hockey League (N.H.L.) hockey. The clippings are mounted on coloured bristol board.

This fonds also contains a book titled History of Saskatchewan 4-H 1917-1977 and examples various activity booklets pertaining to light horses, interior design and ecology

Humboldt 4-H Multiple Club

News clippings relating to early settlers in Saskatoon.

Clippings from the Saskatoon Phoenix describe experiences of early settlers as they arrived in Saskatoon, beginning in the 1880s. The time period covers from 1 April 1911 to 19 April 1921. Also included is an article taken from a book on the settlement of the West by F. Maclure Sclanders, Commissioner of the Saskatoon Board of Trade. Also included is a program of the "Dinner for the '83 Boys", the men who homesteaded the Saskatoon area. Held 3 October 1912; names of participants are written on the inside of the program.
