Contents include minutes, reports, correspondence, plans and other documents and images pertaining to: the Committee for Christian Education (1925-1970), including Girls' Work and Children's Work Committees; Survey and Planning Committee; Settlement Committee (1924-1961); the Conference Special Committee for the Saskatchewan Golden Jubilee (1955); Committee to Study Non-Anglo-Saxons (1930-1931); Missionary and Maintenance Fund Committee (1934-1935); the Special Committee to Study the Relationship between the Christian Church and Education in Saskatchewan (1966); the Committee on Union of the United Church of Canada (1961-1973); the Conference Committee on Church Extension; Board of Home Missions (1917-1952); Lumsden Beach Camp (1908-1962); Camp Outlook (1947-1953); White Bear Religious Camp (1930-1940); the Benevolent Society of Camp McKay (1953-1983); the Prairie Christian Training Centre [later Calling Lakes Centre] (1952-1973); the Ministers' Summer School of Religion (1934-1941); Templeton Mission (1952-1953); Moose Jaw College (1914-1945); Conference Committee on Colleges and Education (1930-1931), primarily correspondence from Convenor D.S. The fonds consists of records created by Yorkton Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessors: Yorkton-Abernethy [or Abernethy-Yorkton] Presbyterial of the W.A. (Woman's Association); and Yorkton, Abernethy, Abernethy-Yorkton and Kamsack Presbyterials of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: minutes, reports, membership lists; programs, bulletins, [financial] ledgers, and scrapbooks.

The fonds consists of records created by Saskatoon Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessors: Saskatoon Presbyterial of the W.A. (Woman's Association); and Saskatoon Presbyterial of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: minutes, membership rolls, reports, histories, correspondence, financial records, and scrapbooks. Among the financial and meeting records are some that pre-date Union, likely originating from an earlier W.M.S. group.

The fonds consists of records created by Regina Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessor, Regina Presbyterial of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: handwritten and mimeographed meeting minutes, letters, notes, annual reports, and a scrapbook.

The fonds consists of records created by Prince Albert Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessor, Prince Albert Presbyterial of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: meeting minutes, histories, clippings, financial records; minutes of the [Presbyterial] U.C.W. Provisional Committee (1961), lists of officers (1969) and correspondence (1971); annual reports; and scrapbooks. Among the Treasurer's records are also some that pre-date Union, likely originating from an earlier W.M.S. group.

The fonds consists of records created by the Saskatchewan Branch of the W.M.S., its members, treasurers, circles and committee(s).

Contents include: meeting minutes; bylaws and resolutions; annual reports; membership records; financial records; School for Leaders minutes and associated documents; Baby Band conference and presbyterial reports; select publications; scrapbooks; and W.M.S. Conference and presbyterial histories (to 1961). Additional historical materials included the fonds were collected by Mrs. Mary McKechnie, first president of the Qu’Appelle Presbyterian W.M.S. and later of the Saskatchewan Conference W.M.S. There is also a daily register of pupils from Round Lake Indian School (1942-1946).

Contents include: meeting minutes (1961-1963, 1966-1970, 1981-2012); membership rolls; lists of executives and provisional committees; annual reports; programmes; financial accounts book (1961-1970); correspondence files; histories of local U.C.W. units; and scrapbooks (1962-1970).

The fonds consists of records created by the Saskatchewan Branch of the W.A. Contents include: meeting minutes (1953-1961); and an oversize scrapbook (1954-1959).

This scrapbook, “College Days,” contains materials collected by Donna during the years she attended university. Much of the material relates to student events, including initiation; banquets (“The New Girls’ Banquet given in honour of The Old Girls”); dances sponsored by Pente Kai Deka, Arts and Science, the Engineering Society, and the Literary Society. It also include various clippings about University faculty and students; some material relating to student elections (Sexton, Culliton, Mackenzie); the 1927 program for Varsity Follies; the 1926 commemoration service on November 11; class timetables, etc. Also included are original ink drawings, of a couple dancing, and of “Study Hour at Varsity,” as well as photographs of Donna and classmates “Mac” [Mary McLeary], Eleanor Knox, Winona Yager, and Hazel [?], as well as a group known as the “Swift Current gang.” Also included are samples of University stationery, a letter, song lyrics and college yells, various ads, including one for the Halfway House, etc.
