The fonds consists of textual materials created and collected by Moose Jaw District of the Methodist Church. Contents include: financial district minutes and statements (1904-1909); and two volumes of Ministerial Session minutes (1901-1925). The Ministerial Session volumes also include minutes from Regina District (1901-1902), from Regina-Moosomin District (1903), and from Rouleau District (1921-1922).

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by the Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.

Contents include: minutes; correspondence; property files; records of the Property Committee, Moose Jaw Pastoral Charges Commission (1930), Committee on Insurance, Boundaries Committee, Historical Committee, and Rural Life Committee; missionary reports from Keeler-Gilroy Mission Field (1953-1955); Pastoral Charge visitation documentation; records regarding the Saddlebag Project (1969-1978); statistics.

The fonds consists of textual materials created and collected by Moosomin District of the Methodist Church. Contents include: financial district minutes and statements (1892-1924), along with correspondence list (1919-1922); Financial Secretary’s Accounts (1892-1905); Ministerial Session minutes (1923-1925); and Sunday School records (1913-1924).

The fonds, related to the Museums Association of Saskatchewan - Prairie Trails Museum Network, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum for records not generated by the Museum.
