The Saskatchewan Bulletin, March 1962, p. 56; "Thirteen members of the Viscount - Plunkett Teachers' Local established an STF record when they motored to Saskatoon to hold their regular Local meeting in Central Office. Theirs was the first Local to meet in Central Office. Members held their regular business meeting in the Executive's Board Room, toured their STF building, and examined a display of teaching machines and programmed instruction material which was on exhibition in Central Office at the time. The photograph above shows them in the Board Room.
