Contents include: minutes (1925-1956); correspondence; treasurer’s accounts; statistics; files relating to education and students; record of candidates for ministry; and pastoral relations correspondence; as well as history documents, “Historical Notes of Kamsack Presbytery” and “Historical sketch of various pastoral charges in Kamsack Presbytery” (covering up to late 1920s and early 1940s).

Comandina-Walstra about the 17th Field Regiment Association's trip to Winschoten earlier that year and saying that multiple copies of the group photo were enclosed for everyone who was on the trip.

Letter from Alex Stibbard to Frank, a relative in England

Photocopy of a handwritten letter, along with a typed version of a personal letter. In the letter, Stibbard says that he has "the 1/2 section south of the Bell Farm house." letter describes farming and crops and names local Indian Head area farmers. It finishes by requesting Frank to send him and his wife a "girl ... Protestant preferred."

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by the Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.

Contents include: minutes; correspondence; statistics; historical notes outlining the history of the Presbyterian Church in the Prince Albert area, 1866-1920; and the “Historical Records of the Presbytery of Prince Albert” (1920), Written by J. Sheridan Bole, of the Historical Committee. The collection also includes “A Diary of Arthur Whiteside” (1880-1882), a typed copy of the diary of a Methodist clergyman who established the Wesley Church and worked there are a missionary.

Provincial Church Union Committee fonds

The collection consists of minutes, correspondence and publications created by and relating to the Saskatchewan Provincial Church Union Committee. The Committee was formed on July 26, 1923 by representatives of the Saskatchewan Methodist Conference and the Presbyterian Synod of Saskatchewan, to take preliminary steps to effect Church Union in Saskatchewan. Representatives of the congregational Churches were also invited to be on the committee.
