This series consists of a Minute Book of the Moose Jaw Fire Department incorporating the dates July 6, 1904 through April 10, 1912. Also included is a Ledger of inventory and accounts of the Fire Department in partial regard to Volunteers dating from 1906 1912. Finally two booklets are included from 1915 titled "Rules and Regulations City of Moose Jaw Fire Department."

Newspaper clippings, the Moose Jaw Federal Building, the Committee on Transportation and Communications, Local Radio Broadcasts, Federal Government Contracts, the Electoral Boundaries Commission, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), as well as newsletters to his federal constituency are all included.
