This fonds consists of typewritten customer lists, a ledger of handwritten customer lists and "promotion" form letters that were sent out to the local men in 1925 and 1926. There is also one letter written in 1927 to a company in London, ON.

The fonds contains a set of nine black and white photographs dating from approximentally 1929. The set belonged to Dorothy Snelling's deceased grandmother and they were part of her personal collection. The photographs were taken from the top of the Melfort Water Tower. When placed beside one another they provide a 360 degree view of the Melfort town site. One photograph is missing from the set.
