This collection contains 26 copies of The Collegiate Outlook from 1906-1914. The Collegiate Outlook was a school magazine published from November to March by the Literary Society of the Moose Jaw High School. It contains essays and jokes written by students, as well as meeting minutes of the Literary Society. These issues were mailed to Mrs. Roy E. Campbell in Regina, although the name Beatrice Watson is signed on many copies of the magazine. The editors of the volumes are: Vol. 3 - Editor: A. W Keith, Vol. 4 – Editor-in-chief: R. J. A typescript copy of Mystic Leaves or Thesis on Playing Cards (Copyright 1914). The illustrations in the book are by H.F. Boyce. (Total 92 pages). The purpose of the book is to present a consecutive account of the early history of cards and their connection with modern playing cards.
Fonds consists of photographs depicting Etta Birdsall; the Regina General Hospital and Nurses' Residence Wing; and physicians, nurses and nursing students. Fonds also contains a postcard of the Metropolitan Methodist Church and YWCA buildings of Regina, and a list of instructions for the hours, duties, decorum and attire of waitress work nurses (kitchen staff) employed in the Nurses' Home.
This fonds contains Lieutenant T. M Morgan’s photo album of the timber operation by No. 106 Company, Canadian Forestry Corps during the First World War. The photographs were taken in Knockando, Moray-shire, Scotland. Most of the photographs are labeled. T. M. Morgan is the first on the left of the last row of the unlabeled group photo.
The fonds, related to the Henderson Brothers Hardware, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

A.2005.4 (Henderson Brothers Hardware) -receipts from Henderson Bros. Hardware, Harness, Plymouth Twine, in Webb, SK, from 1918 to 1919.
The fonds contains eight black and white photographs and one tintype in a photograph album. They remain in the order in which they were placed within the album. The photographs are all miniature portraits and, with the exception of the tintype, are mounted on a stiff paper backing. The album (one of two) was originally the property of Christina's parents, and had been brought to Canada from England when John Smith's parents emmigrated.
This fonds consists of a journal , a photo album, a post card album and an autograph album of the Logan Family of Central Butte, predominantly Pearl Logan, kept in the late 1800's to the 1920's. Some photos are tin types, others are hand coloured. Several photos have the photographer’s identification on the back. They are from Ottawa and Winnipeg and the photos would have been taken in the late 1800's. Only one photograph is dated and identified. There is also a Bible that was presented to the Logan Family in 1909 from the Sunday School and Church in Manitou, Manitoba as a farewell gift.
This fonds consists of a ratepayers assessment roll for the years 1904-1912, financial records consisting of receipts, cheques 1895-1920 and a bank book for the years 1908-1916, and the secretary-treasurer's files consisting of correspondence, reports, contracts, and financial papers, from the years 1893-1917.
