The fonds consists of a detailed gardening diary in which Mr. Benson records dates of planting, harvesting, weather, comments on the varieties of flowers and vegetables planted. He also records some other significant local events. There is also a journal/guest book kept by Mrs. Benson recording her hosting of two teas for elderly ladies in Moose Jaw in 1930 and 1931. The lists of attendees include address, and year and place of birth. The remaining file consists of one item of correspondence to Mrs. Benson relating to one of the teas. This fonds also consists of two photo albums, with pictures taken by or of Marguerite (Benson) Gardner, a scrapbook of Thomas William Clayton’s scouting and an atlas from 1871.
This collection consists of 48 volumes of the 51 part series entitled ‘The Great War: I Was There!’. Parts 13, 18 and 47 are missing from this collection. The series chronicles WWI through firsthand accounts of the war. The series contains original pieces as well as excerpts from other media.

This fonds contains a land grant issued to Noah Dean on September 21, 1804. The grant is for 200 acres in the township of Hamilton, district of Newcastle, Upper Canada. It is for lot number 26. There is large wax seal coated with paper attached to the grant. The grant is made of parchment.
This fonds contains photocopies of the Daily Registers for attendance of students at the Buffalo Lake School S.D. No. 119 kept by the teachers. Also included are photocopies of a financial ledger documenting the expenditures of the said school.
This collection consists of thirty-three sets of blueprints and technical drawings for homes, businesses, and schools in Moose Jaw and area, primarily from the early 1900's and 1920's. Many of the drawings are “proposed” plans and the building may have never been constructed.

This fonds is composed of three series. Included is a mission statement, rules and regulations for medical staff, an invitation to a Nursing School graduation and a program from a fund-raising event. There is material related to the building service employees. The second series is a compilation of hospital assets and inventory of equipment, some with descriptions and instructions. The third series consists of blueprints, drawings, specifications and correspondence pertaining to construction of the Providence Hospital in 1917 and all the additions and renovations made to the facility over the years.
