This subseries consists of draft documents denoted by a “G” and a number in the top right corner. The subject matter varies, yet has an emphasis on early Moose Jaw and women. This subseries consists of draft documents denoted by an “H” and a number in the top right corner. The subject matter varies and includes: early farming, Patrons of Industry, the opera house, the naming of Moose Jaw, and Annie Hoburg.

This subseries consists of two drafts of documents that are denoted by a “K” and a number in the top right corner. The documents are about James McClelland, and the first permanent settlement in Moose Jaw.

These photographs can be of distant relatives, immediate family members, and also photographs taken by Leith on various trips such as to Maryland, United States, and Besant, Saskatchewan. Includes one photo album.

Research and History

This subseries contains photographs acquired by Leith Knight for her interest in history and use in researching for her Moose Jaw Times Herald column. It includes photographs of prominent buildings, people, and events in the History of Moose Jaw. Includes one photo album. Most photographs contained are copies of originals.
