This fond consists of various photographs, correspondence, newspaper clippings, advertising and histories relating to the Joyner family and Joyner’s Department Store in Moose Jaw. It does not include business records of the store other than some advertising materials.

This fonds contains a land grant issued to Noah Dean on September 21, 1804. The grant is for 200 acres in the township of Hamilton, district of Newcastle, Upper Canada. It is for lot number 26. There is large wax seal coated with paper attached to the grant. The grant is made of parchment.
This fonds contains several series of historical documents of the Metcalf family, including a portion of a family tree, various legal documents of the said family, letters of reference and court records of South Dakota.
This fonds consists of a journal , a photo album, a post card album and an autograph album of the Logan Family of Central Butte, predominantly Pearl Logan, kept in the late 1800's to the 1920's. Some photos are tin types, others are hand coloured. Several photos have the photographer’s identification on the back. They are from Ottawa and Winnipeg and the photos would have been taken in the late 1800's. Only one photograph is dated and identified. There is also a Bible that was presented to the Logan Family in 1909 from the Sunday School and Church in Manitou, Manitoba as a farewell gift.
The fonds consists of a detailed gardening diary in which Mr. Benson records dates of planting, harvesting, weather, comments on the varieties of flowers and vegetables planted. He also records some other significant local events. There is also a journal/guest book kept by Mrs. Benson recording her hosting of two teas for elderly ladies in Moose Jaw in 1930 and 1931. The lists of attendees include address, and year and place of birth. The remaining file consists of one item of correspondence to Mrs. Benson relating to one of the teas. This fonds also consists of two photo albums, with pictures taken by or of Marguerite (Benson) Gardner, a scrapbook of Thomas William Clayton’s scouting and an atlas from 1871.
This fonds consists of three series concerning Society business and operations as a Branch of the Provincial Historical Association. Another series documents conservation efforts of the Society. The final series provides local historical background and essays that were collected and some broadcast on local radio, by the Society.
Several original copies of the newspaper have been transferred to the Moose Jaw Public Library newspaper holdings. The balance consists of some copies, reprints and loose items that accompanied the papers.

The farm documents relate to material required to operate their farm, such as insurance policies, mortgages and Canadian Wheat Board forms and permits. Memorabilia include school, marriage, baptism, confirmation and lodge certificates given to various family members. The majority of certificates were presented to Julius Fortmann.
This fonds consists of a ratepayers assessment roll for the years 1904-1912, financial records consisting of receipts, cheques 1895-1920 and a bank book for the years 1908-1916, and the secretary-treasurer's files consisting of correspondence, reports, contracts, and financial papers, from the years 1893-1917.
This fonds contains photocopies of the Daily Registers for attendance of students at the Buffalo Lake School S.D. No. 119 kept by the teachers. Also included are photocopies of a financial ledger documenting the expenditures of the said school.
