This collection of images by H. W. Finkler, were taken of activities within the framework of Canada – USSR / Russia cooperation on the arctic. The subject matter follows the development of international relations, with an emphasis on the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and particularly, Indigenous peoples of the north. The collection contains images of cities, towns, and herding camps; various officials from Canada and Russia; and numerous images of local people. It is an exceptionally comprehensive glimpse into the architecture, landscape, and daily lives of people in the Russian federation, over a period of roughly 20 years.

Volume Two contains photographs of Adapted Aquatics activities (see list below), greeting cards, newspaper clippings, ca. 1990 – 1992.

This fonds consists of three series. There are records of the Moose Jaw Horticultural Society of the late 1980's and 1990's. There are membership and directors lists, minutes of meetings, financial statements and correspondence. There are schedules, information and publicity on events held by the society. There are 2 scrapbooks from 1990 and 1991 that contain photos, programs, memorabilia and newspaper clippings. There are also loose newspapers clippings and some which have been glued on loose leaf pages and a notebook. There are minutes and newsletters from the Saskatchewan Horticultural Association as well as reports, brochures and publication information from the Extension and Community Relations Division of the University of Saskatchewan. There is one copy of the periodical “The Saskatchewan Gardener”, Winter 1995 edition.

This collection consists of programs, posters, photographs, video recordings and artefacts documenting the development of gay drag in Saskatchewan. The materials are primarily from Saskatoon with some from Regina, and most date from 1984 to 2004. Also included in the collection are records related to the exhibit "All Frocked Up: Glimpses of Cross Dressing in Saskatchewan," produced by Neil Richards in 2003 and presented in the Link Gallery at the University of Saskatchewan. Materials in this collection were donated by Brent Daum, Tim LeMay, Guedo Philipchuk, Neil Richards, Garnet Woloschuk and Maria Jochmaring.

This fonds consists of the files of the Moose Jaw and District Hospice Care Association Inc. from its formation to its closure. Included are the constitution and by-laws, minutes of meetings, financial statements, correspondence and reports. There is material pertaining to the acquisition and training of coordinators and volunteers. There are brochures and newspaper clippings on hospice care, as well as a scrapbook (binder) of the Moose Jaw and District Hospice Care Association Inc. containing an organizational chart, lists of board members and volunteers, correspondence, newspaper clipping and four photographs taken at the 1992 annual meeting. There is a bound thesis by Eleanor May Stamm entitled “An inquiry into appropriate care for the terminally ill:” which was donated by Dr. F.C. Heal to the Hospice Association.

1 green, 4-drawer, legal-width filing cabinet containing many file folders. The fonds consists of file folders that contain the original compiled information that was used by the 17 local residents that comprised the History Book Committee who compiled and published “Indian Head: History of Indian Head and District” in 1984 (ISBN: 0-919781-26-8). The book is 798 pages and is available on-line in the University of Calgary’s digital collection: https://digitalcollections.ucalgary.ca/archive/Indian-Head---history-of-Indian-Head-and-district-2R3BF1FSTWNUV.html. This fonds contains source photos and documents that were used in the compilation of the book. The file folders also contain materials that did not make it into the history book and may be of use to archival researchers.
The top two drawers contain local family histories in alphabetical order, while the third drawer contain files with other aspects of Indian Head history (agricultural history, religion, recreation, organizations, military, education, etc.)
