Textual material consists of correspondence; financial records regarding the preparation of the book; research materials on the history of the diocese, the parishes, the religious orders of women and men and the Catholic organizations; notes, drafts and clippings; bibliography, final copy of manuscript, correspondence following publication. The research materials include a number photocopies made from microfilm editions of local newspapers (The Star-Phoenix and The Prairie Messenger). Included in some files are booklets and pamphlets on the history of some of the parishes and religious orders; these materials will be noted in the file list and moved to the pamphlet collection of the Anglin Collection of Canadian Catholic Church History, Shannon Library, St. Thomas More College. Photographs are color slides of parish churches in the Diocese of Saskatoon, photographed by the author 1978-1979. Audiotapes are interviews conducted by the author 1978-1981. II. Alexis André OMI research materials. - 1983-1988. - 1 file textual materials. - 1 photograph. This fonds contains records generated in the course of the administration of the School and Department of Religious Studies, including records relating to students, courses, faculty members, minutes, memoranda, etc. Also included are records pertaining to various national associations, conferences and meetings, etc.

This fonds consists of correspondence and biographical material; minutes, reports, and newsletters from the Canadian Council for Educational Research and the Canadian Education Association; and material related to the curriculum, courses, and staff of the College of Education. In addition, there is considerable information relating to Quance's publications, his speeches and articles, particularly on spellers, spelling, teacher's manuals, and examinations. It also contains information on Knox United Church in Saskatoon.

This fonds contains land titles and indentures as well as miscellaneous notes and one completed chapter of a manuscript on eschatology in world religions, particularly in Islam and Christianity.

The collection includes original hand-written musical scores; photocopies, mimeographs and fax copies of original scores (often with hand-written notes or annotations) composed by Abley; lyric sheets; printed scores – some on a home-printer and coil-bound. In addition to the original musical compositions, this fonds contains memorabilia and information about Henry Abley, his career, recitals and performances such as: newspaper clippings, information pamphlets, CBC radio programme information, choir contact lists, articles and scores written about/by Canadian [colleagues], concert programmes, personal and professional correspondence, church programs and newspaper clippings related to his career.

This fonds primarily consists of correspondence between J.A. Sharrard and his wife, Edith. The correspondence pertains to missionary work in India, individuals and activities at the University of Saskatchewan and in Saskatoon, the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic, and family life. The fonds includes some drawings and notes written by Sharrard’s daughter Ruth. It also contains a small file of notes for sermons or speeches as well as a few postcards and photographs.

Correspondence
R. Rupert’s Land (Bishop Robert Machray) [?] to Bishop of Krechin [?] February 24, 1891. This letter is concerned with the use of vestments in the majority of the churches.

This autograph / memory album contains writings from important Methodist/Wesleyan ministers, preachers and missionaries from both sides of the Atlantic. It starts: "Albums are Mansions - at the Door, A Page to bid you welcome stands, And they who never met before May join with pleasure friendly hands…" While the specific ownership is unknown there is little doubt given the many famous autographs and initials adorn the entries that this book resided with one of the senior Methodist ministers or their wife. Perhaps the best-known person in the album is the Canadian educator, politician, and Methodist minister, Egerton Ryerson, for whom Ryerson University is named, wrote "Canadians regard the civil and religious institutions of England as the standard of excellence, and invariably speak of her as their Mother country and their home. Egerton Ryerson Halifax April 3rd 1837." This autograph appears to be a mere four years after Ryerson lobbied effectively to merge the Canadian and English Wesleyan Churches in 1833. In addition to the textual entries, there are two good watercolors (by J Hinks) & a fine drawing of a mother & child (which has not been glued into the album).

Fonds consists of minutes of the Medical Advisory Board, Executive Committee, Medical Staff, Lay Advisory Board, Staff, and hospital committees; building specifications for the Saskatchewan Cancer Clinic; provincial salary and wage surveys; correspondence regarding land exchange between the hospital and the City of Regina; portraits of physicians who served at the Regina Grey Nuns' Hospital; financial records; and audio reels on the subject of paediatrics used for continuing medical education. Agencies and businesses that appear in the records include the Saskatchewan Department of Public Health, Division of Laboratories; Saskatchewan Cancer Clinic and the Saskatchewan Cancer Commission; Department of Labour; the TB League; W.G. Van Edmond and Stan E. Storey, Architects; and the Regina Grey Nuns' Hospital School of Nursing.

Fonds consists of a Graduation Banquet guest book, signed by those in attendance at the annual spring banquet for the years 1966 and 1967.

This fonds contains research materials, writings, correspondence, documents and photographs relating to Szalasznyj's life, career and interests. They include information on heritage buildings, creative writing projects and courses including memoir-writing (containing the episode memoirs of approximately 60 persons who wrote assignments) and relate to a variety of organizations such as Wysla School District 4106, Laision Magazine, CBC Radio "Letters From Vantage Point" series, Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee projects and other local history projects, the Saskatoon Memory Writers Club, which she helped to found, Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church, Saskatoon and the Orthodox faith in Canada, and Doukhobor interests.

This fonds contains materials relating to the history and work of Dignity Canada Dignité, McGuire’s published letters and other correspondence, together with articles and materials outlining the debate within the Catholic church (echoed within other Christian denominations) regarding homosexuality.

This fonds documents Allan Gonor’s active engagement with the people he met and the cultures he experienced. His was a curiosity borne of genuine interest, which manifested itself not only in his work as a physician, but also in his avocation: art; and in the numerous films and photographs he took. These document the local communities in and near North Battleford, Saskatchewan; including Hutterite colonies and First Nations reserves; as well as countries around the world. It documents his life and career, his interest in indigenous art and culture, and reflects his friendships with a wide variety of artists and writers, as well as the numerous individuals he met.
