There are also press releases, speeches, and papers from the Western Economic Opportunities Conference (Calgary, 1973) and the Food Prices Review Board including published reports on prices of foodstuffs, company profits, and price trends. As well, there are news releases, bulletins, and reports from the Anti-Inflation Board. There is a considerable amount of material from the Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, including transcripts of hearings and exhibits concerning the inquiry into the economic, legal, technological, marketing, and administrative practices of telecommunications companies in Canada.

Although primarily documenting Dr. Williamson's work for and with the Inuit of northern Canada, this fonds includes material relating to all circumpolar countries, other aboriginal groups in Canada, international affairs, and a very broad range of topics as they relate to the north, including art and culture, physical geography, sport, environment, botany, zoology, economics, defence, etc. It includes his personal and professional correspondence, research data, articles and scholarly writing, as well as a substantial collection of reference publications.

There are files on women in Canadian universities, the Saskatoon Business and Professional Women's Association, International Women's Year, Florence Howe, Edith Rowles Simpson, and the Saskatchewan Conference on Children. The fonds contains various publications, including "Federal Services for Women," "Status of Women News," "Towards Equality for Women," "Continuum," "Upstream," and "Canadian Newsletter of Research on Women" (later known as "Resources for Feminist Research"). This fonds also contains a binder of publications and ephemera from Saskatchewan's Golden Jubilee (1955).

The first accrual documents the interests, careers and family of John and Doreen McConnell and their daughter, Mary Ann. It includes materials related to McConnell’s work in communications, his work for the Canadian and Saskatchewan governments, together with materials relating to his interest in the environment and social and international development issues. It also includes materials relating to his wife, Doreen, who predeceased him. The second accrual adds the records of Doreen’s parents, the Ratcliffes, which includes documents related to their personal life and interests, Elma’s travel, James’ World War I service, and family life.
