Dr. Noble Totton Irwin was born November 15, 1921in Swift Current. He received his formal education at Central Public School and the Swift Current Collegiate Institute in this city and St. John's Ravenscourt School in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Noble Irwin was married to Irene Spence on June 7, 1945. He attended the University of Saskatchewan and received his pre-medical training.

Following this he served in the Canadian Army during World War II as a member of the 8th Reconnaissance, 14th Canadian Hussars Regiment and was severely wounded during the Allied invasion of Normandy. After his discharge in 1945, he entered medical college at the University of Manitoba. Upon graduation in 1950 and following a year of internship, he returned to Swift Current to work at the Swift Current Clinic as a general practitioner.

In 1957 he began four years of training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto, graduating in 1961. He returned to the Swift Current Clinic where he practiced until his retirement in 1986. Dr. Noble Totton Irwin passed away in Swift Current June 29, 1998 and, wife Irene passed November 20, 1999. Both husband and wife are buried in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Helmina Hansina Aline Moen, known as Aline, was born the third of nine children on January 28, 1917, in Beaver Flat, Saskatchewan. Aline trained at the Calgary General Hospital to become a nurse, completing her program in April 1943. Her nursing career started in Calgary but soon moved to a doctor's office in Olds, Alberta. After eight years there, she became a practical nurse in Whitehorse, Yukon, for three years, where she mainly attended to the health of the Indigenous people. When her contract in the north was over, she worked as a nursing supervisor at Ridley College in St. Catharines, Ontario, for a few years and then as a placement officer at Kawartha Lakes Girls Training School in Lindsay, Ontario. She retired in January 1982. She married Bertram (Bert) Vincent James on December 13, 1969. Aline died on July 28, 2008, in Lindsay, Ontario.

Dr. Arthur Kelly, a physician in Swift Current ca. 1910s to his death in 1936, was the first medical officer for the town of Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Aldeo Lalonde married Clara May Beeching in 1953 and farmed near Bjorkdale, Saskatchewan from 1954 to 1974 raising a family of four children.

Anthea Loran grew up in Hampshire, England, during the Second World War and she followed her sister Anne Szumigalski to Canada in 1955. A nurse by trade, she lived in Regina and Saskatoon before moving to Swift Current with her husband, Ralph where they raised six children.

William Norman Lunan grew up in the Swift Current area in the early 1900s. He was a resident of Heritage Tower Seniors Home later in life. He is buried at the Mount Pleasant Burial Park in Swift Current, SK
