Balcarres Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, including points at Wrights and Saltoun. By the 1960s, Wrights and Saltoun were no longer noted but points at Duff and Lorie had been incorporated, under the name Balcarres-Pheasant Forks Pastoral Charge. This was combined with Abernethy-Lemberg Pastoral Charge (a.k.a. Lemberg-Abernethy Pastoral Charge), ca.1969, to create Pheasant Creek Larger Parish. In 1989, the Parish split up into Abernethy-Lemberg, Balcarres, and Duff Pastoral Charges.

Nokomis Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, containing the preaching points at Nokomis and Richfarms. Later additions included Saline (ca.1936), and Rowanville (ca.1940). By 1946, Richfarms had moved to Lockwood Pastoral Charge and the only points listed in Nokomis Pastoral Charge were Duff, Lorlie and Nokomis. As of 1951, the points at Duff and Lorlie had moved to Pheasant Forks Pastoral Charge and Nokomis Pastoral Charge consisted of Richfarms (again) and Lockwood. By 1962, Richfarms was no longer listed in the charge.

Around 1977, Nokomis and Govan amalgamated into the new Nokomis-Govan Pastoral Charge, with points at Duval, Govan, Lockwood and Nokomis. Lockwood closed June 30, 1981, and Duval closed July 1, 2000. On January 1, 2004, the remaining Nokomis and Govan preaching points divided: Govan joined Semans-Raymore-Punnichy to created the new Crossroads Pastoral Charge; Nokomis amalgamated with Lanigan Pastoral Charge (containing Knox United Church, Lanigan), creating Lanigan-Nokomis Pastoral Charge.

Assiniboia Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Assiniboia Presbytery, consisting of St. Paul's United Church, in Assiniboia. The appointment at Willows was added ca.1926. By 1946, the charge consisted of Assiniboia and Maxtone preaching points. In 1982, Viceroy re-opened and was added to Assiniboia Pastoral Charge, which had joined Moose Jaw Presbytery. As of 1984, St. Paul's (Assiniboia), Viceroy and Willow Bunch were listed as preaching points. Viceroy closed in 1985. Willow Bunch closed January 15, 2009.

Gravelbourg Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925. Preaching points over time included Gravelbourg, Becker and Bolin, Bateman and Coderre (ca.1990), and Shamrock (ca.1990-2018, into which Coderre amalgamated, as of December 31, 1990).

Wood Mountain Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, containing Wood Mountain United Church. The church later became part of Grasslands Pastoral Charge, before officially closing, on November 17, 2008.

Meadow Lake Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, containing preaching points at Meadow Lake (Grace United Church), Pegasus and Bridge Creek. Dorintosh was later added and it eventually amalgamated with Grace United Church.

Oxbow Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Estevan Presbytery and containing appointments at Oxbow and Palestine. Additional preaching points later included Arthur (by 1940) and Boscurvis (ca.1951). Around 1957, Oxbow Pastoral Charge and Glen Ewen Pastoral Charge amalgamated to form the new Oxbow-Glen Ewen Pastoral Charge, with points including St. Paul's United Church, in Oxbow, and St. Angus United Church, in Glen Ewen, as well as Arthur, Boscurvis, Calvin, Hope and Palestine. By 1969, only Oxbow and Glen Ewen were still listed. On June 30, 2007, the church at Glen Ewen (St. Angus) was officially closed.

Kamsack Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, containing Westminster United Church (Kamsack). Around 1965, the Togo preaching point was added and the charge was later re-named Kamsack-Togo Pastoral Charge. The preaching place at Togo closed June 30, 2005.

Wadena Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Kamsack Presbytery, with appointments at Paswegin, Caledon and Wolverton. Later additions included Archerwill and Rose Valley (ca.1990). In July 2010, it amalgamated with Living Shamrock Pastoral Charge, forming Spirit of Hope Pastoral Charge.

Naicam Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925. It primarily consisted of Bethany United Church (built ca.1939), in Naicam, and Spalding United Church (until 2009). Pleasantdale became part of the charge later. In October 2001, the charge was renamed Three Oaks Pastoral Charge. In March 2008, it was renamed Five Oaks Pastoral Charge. The preaching point at Pleasantdale closed on September 30, 2007. Spalding closed on May 31, 2009.

Kennedy Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Qu'Appelle Presbytery. Around 1926, preaching points High View, Fletwode, and Fish Lake were added to the charge. By 1951, Golden Plain, Poplar Grove, and Langbank were also included, under the re-named Kennedy-Langbank Pastoral Charge. Around the 1970s, the name changed back to Kennedy Pastoral Charge. By the early 1990s, Highview was no longer listed and, as of 1992, only Kennedy and Langbank remained in the charge.

Brora Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Regina Presbytery and consisting of Brora, Tregarva and Rose Plain appointments. Balgonie joined the charge around 1965 and both Brora and Balgonie points moved to Regina St. Aidan's Pastoral Charge by 1970. Brora Pastoral Charge was re-established around 1973, with ministry supplied from Regina Rosemont.

The charge was officially closed on June 28, 2015.
