Regina Westminster Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, including Westminster United Church, itself an amalgamation of Westminster Presbyterian Church (at 3025 - 13th Avenue) and the nearby Fourteenth Avenue Methodist Church (in a temporary building on the southwest corner of 14th Avenue and Retallack Street). These congregations had originated from outreach efforts by the downtown Knox Presbyterian Church and Metropolitan Methodist Church and, in May 1925, they had combined their congregations, in the formerly Presbyterian building.

Yellow Grass Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Weyburn Presbytery and consisting of Yellow Grass United Church. Previously, the church had been a local union since October 1922, when Yellow Grass Methodist and Knox Presbyterian Churches joined together. Later additions to the United Church charge included preaching points at Lewvan and Colfax, as well as Trossachs (moved from Radville Pastoral Charge, July 1, 1985). Colfax was closed in 1984, Lewvan in 1988.

The charge was designated a shared ministry, as of August 27, 2003, under the name Yellow Grass-Trossachs United Lutheran Partnership. After the closure of the Trossachs preaching place, the charge was re-named Yellow Grass United Lutheran Partnership, on August 29, 2007.

Regina Heritage Pastoral Charge was established January 1, 1984, from a preaching point previously part of Regina St. James Pastoral Charge.

Big River Pastoral Charge was originally formed in 1925, as the United Church's Eldred Mission Field, part of Prince Albert Presbytery and containing preaching points at Eldred and Big River. It was listed as an aid-receiving Pastoral Charge in 1926. By 1932, the name had changed to Big River Pastoral Charge, with points at Big River, Eldred and Sturgeon Heights. As of 1936, the charge included Black Duck, De Laronde, Reed and Stoney Lake. South Stoney and Swanston were also added ca.1940. By 1962, the charge consisted of just Big River, Debden and Rapid Bend.

Around 1972, Big River and Canwood (previously part of Shellbrook-Leask Pastoral Charge) amalgamated to form Big River - Canwood Pastoral Charge. Canwood's Trinity United Church closed March 30 2010, leaving just Big River's First United Church in the pastoral charge. As of April 27, 2012, the name returned to Big River Pastoral Charge.

Morse Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Swift Current Presbytery and consisting of Morse and Ernfold appointments. (Later addition Herbert also formed that year, as a separate Mission Field in the same presbytery, as had the augmented Chaplin Pastoral Charge, in Moose Jaw Presbytery.) Around 1946, Herbert was added to Morse Pastoral Charge. Chaplin joined the charge ca.1958 and it was renamed Morse-Chaplin Pastoral Charge. The name changed to Herbert-Morse-Chaplin Pastoral Charge, December 1, 1996. Herbert closed June 30, 2006. The remaining charge officially closed June 30, 2015.

Manor Pastoral Charge was formed as a new United Church charge in 1925, part of Arcola Presbytery and containing the preaching points at Manor, Parkman and Robinson. By 1932, Robinson had been removed and, by 1936, Wauchope was added. Only Manor and Parkman remained by 1951.

From around 1969 to 1976, Manor was amalgamated with Moose Woods Pastoral Charge, to form Manor-Moose Mountain Pastoral Charge, later renamed Manor - White Bear Pastoral Charge. Around 1976, the Manor preaching point left and briefly re-formed Manor Pastoral Charge (initially served from Antler-Redvers Pastoral Charge) before joining Redvers Pastoral Charge, alongside Antler, Redvers, and Sinclair (Manitoba). On July 1, 2015, the charge re-formed, as Manor United Pastoral Charge.

Manor-Moose Mountain Pastoral Charge was formed from an amalgamation of Manor and Moose Mountain Pastoral Charges, with preaching points at Manor, Moose Mountain, and Parkman. The charge was later renamed Manor-White Bear Pastoral Charge. Around 1976, the preaching points separated and re-formed as Manor Pastoral Charge (initially served from Antler-Redvers Pastoral Charge) and White Bear Pastoral Charge.

Swift Current Grace Pastoral Charge was created around 1958, in association with a previously existing Swift Current Pastoral Charge. Preaching places in the charge included Success (until closure, June 22, 1986).

AOTS (As One That Serves) is a men’s organization, drawing its membership from the United Church while maintaining an independent organizational and financial structure. It began within Methodist congregations of Vancouver in 1923, and remained a fully independent operation as it spread across the country, finally adopting a Nation Association of AOTS Clubs in 1947. As the organization grew within United Church congregations there arose a confusion concerning its relationship to the church and the United Church Men. In 1954 AOTS became a department of the newly-constituted Board of Men. In September 1959 the first National Association AOTS Men’s Clubs was constituted.

In 1963, the Conference United Church Men’s Council (a new structure at Conference and Presbytery levels), with all men’s club work being the responsibility of a Men’s Club Committee of the Council. The AOTS National Council become the Men’s Club Committee if the Board of Men. With the 1971 creation of the Division of Mission in Canada, the Board of Men was dissolved and AOTS was on its own, although it retained a connection with the new Division. A new constitution in 1975 reverted to the name ‘National Council of the United Church AOTS Men’s Clubs’ (dropping the title ‘Men’s Club Committee’), while at the regional level the Conference and Presbytery Men’s Club Committees returned to Conference and District Councils of United Church AOTS Men’s Clubs.

Saskatoon Balmoral Pastoral Charge was formed in the mid-1950s, part of Saskatoon Presbytery and consisting of Balmoral United Church. The charge officially closed on June 30, 2004.

Saskatoon Grosvenor Park Pastoral Charge was formed in the mid-1950s, part of Saskatoon Presbytery and consisting of Grosvenor Park United Church. The congregation had formed around 1954.

Saskatoon St. Thomas-Wesley Pastoral Charge was formed around 1930, after St. Thomas and Wesley Churches amalgamated to form St. Thomas-Wesley United Church, in Saskatoon. (The building for the combined congregations had previously been St. Thomas.) Prior to union, the St. Thomas congregation had been Presbyterian and the Wesley Congregation had been Methodist.
