Arthur Bonneau was born in Saint Demient De Bedford, Quebec on September 13, 1887. He was a farmer in the districts of Melavel, LaFleche, and Gravelbourg for many years. Arthur married his first wife Alodie early in life, and she died in 1919. Arthur later married Margaret, and had a son, Romeo, and a daughter, Ruth Bailey. Arthur’s father, Joseph Bonneau, was a veteran of the Riel Rebellion.

Arthur Bonneau died on May 18, 1991.
