A greenish grey report book listing the monthly grade and academic performance of a student of Indian Head Collegiate and signed by the student guardian each month. For the school year from 1927 - 1928. The student was Garfield Prior, son of Gilbert and Mabel Prior. He was lost in action in WWII in 1943.
