VII. Photograph Albums

This series contains two photograph albums. The first documents Saunders' participation in a private expedition to Brazil in 1923. Copies of these photographs are in the form of glass positive. The second documents Saunders' travels around the world, including Hong Kong, China, Malaya, Borneo, Ceylon, Egypt, Malta, France, Gibraltar and England, in 1932. The later album contains both positives and negatives (nitrate) which have been placed in their own file and folders. Both albums and the glass positives are well labelled

Correspondence pertaining to arrangements, notices, programs, speaking notes, etc. in re: addresses to academic, professional, and public audiences on a variety of subjects relating to ecosystems

VI. Research and Publications

This series includes research and publications by Austenson as well as other faculty from Crop Science. Topics vary but include crop rotation and land management, land development projects, and winter wheat.

VI. Records Relating to Organizations and Associations

This series consists of correspondence; minutes and reports; journal and conference submissions; research and conference grant applications; and resource materials pertaining to Courtney's involvement as a member, executive member, expert witness, etc., of a variety of associations, societies and organizations relating to his areas of professional interest

VI. Prime Minister's Office Numbered Correspondence Series

This series contains John Diefenbaker’s correspondence while Prime Minister, both incoming and outgoing, filed by his office staff. It contains correspondence with cabinet members, the Civil Service, other politicians, foreign leaders, personal friends and advisors, and the general public, all arranged in the same series of subject files. The topics covered include almost all the political and social questions of the period.

VI. Negatives

This series contains negatives of photographs taken by L.G. Saunders in a variety of locations across the globe. The subject matter is a mixture of urban, pastoral, scientific, public, private and artistic. The negatives have been organized alphabetically according to the box label. Many of the earlier images are nitrate negatives which are volatile in nature

VI. Day Books

These books contain instructions to "sitters" looking after the gallery, and record activities undertaken, names of visitors, orders and requests for items, sales, etc.

VI. Canada Council

This series consists of correspondence, records related to the Review Committee for Scholarships, annual reports, publications government publications, etc., related to the work of the Canada Council and/or Leddy's involvement with it.

V. Published Works

This series contains not only manuscript copies and offprints of U.T. Hammer's publications but one file each on his academic career and his term as Department Head, Biology, 1973-1976

V. Photographs

This series includes images of agricultural machinery, students from Crop Science and Plant Ecology, soil erosion, the University's various research farms, and visits from foreign dignitaries. Also included are images from JB Harrington's 1949-1950 working trip to Egypt.

V. Mendel Art Gallery Collection

This series contains a list of L.G. Saunders material, primarily photographs and paintings, in the permanent collection of the Mendel Art Gallery in Saskatoon. This list has been cross referenced with this fonds. This material was obtained by request from the Mendel Art Gallery and added to this fonds by the University Archives
