Equivalent in scope to the Presidential or Vice-presidential records, this fonds specifically documents the administration of the Saskatoon campus from 1967-1974, and includes correspondence, reports, minutes, and memoranda. It also includes considerable documentation of the various administrative committees functioning during this period.

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by the Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.
Contents include: minutes; correspondence; statistics; historical notes outlining the history of the Presbyterian Church in the Prince Albert area, 1866-1920; and the “Historical Records of the Presbytery of Prince Albert” (1920), Written by J. Sheridan Bole, of the Historical Committee. The collection also includes “A Diary of Arthur Whiteside” (1880-1882), a typed copy of the diary of a Methodist clergyman who established the Wesley Church and worked there are a missionary.

The fonds consists of records created by Prince Albert Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessor, Prince Albert Presbyterial of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).
Contents include: meeting minutes, histories, clippings, financial records; minutes of the [Presbyterial] U.C.W. Provisional Committee (1961), lists of officers (1969) and correspondence (1971); annual reports; and scrapbooks. Among the Treasurer's records are also some that pre-date Union, likely originating from an earlier W.M.S. group.

This series contains materials created and/or acquired by Walter Murray during his tenure as President, from 1908-1937, documenting nearly three decades of the University of Saskatchewan’s history including its establishment; the faculty crisis of 1919; the development of the Colleges of Agriculture, Arts & Science, Education, Engineering; Law; Medicine, Pharmacy and the Extension Division; and the financial crisis of the Depression years.

Given the nature and scope of the office, the Presidential records usually provide the most comprehensive source for documenting all facets of the University, including important initiatives, funding, research and teaching, college and departmental development, and faculty, staff, and student activities. Generally these records contain correspondence, reports, minutes, annual general reports of college and departmental activities, as well as some personal papers, speeches and addresses.

President's Advisory Council on the Status of Women
This material primarily relates to a 2007 project undertaken by the PACSW celebrating 100 years since the first women graduated from the University of Saskatchewan.
Background: In October 1990, President Ivany established a President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women to provide information and advice on issues that affect women on campus. The President’s Advisory Council on the Status of Women continues to play an important role in addressing gender-related issues on campus. The membership of the Council is representative of the groups at the University and consequently is able to bring forward issues affecting a wide range of women in our community.

The collection consists of primarily textual items, published by the Presbyterian Church in Canada. Contents include published Acts and Proceedings (with minutes of the General Assembly, reports, etc.), materials related to the Committee on Church Union and the Presbyterian Church Association, as well as a range of other documents and publications about Church Union, especially the Presbyterian debates on that topic.
