Bio/historical note: Mr. Clarke came out from England in 1877 to be a missionary in the Diocese of Saskatchewan and was sent to the Eagle Hills Reserve. He subsequently became ordained, was Principal of the Industrial School at Battleford 1883-1894, went as missionary in the Carrot River Valley in 1899 and eventually to Melfort, where he remained as Anglican minister and Rural Dean of the Prince Albert Diocese until his retirement in 1927. This series contains 18 annual league schedules (1970-1971, 1973-1974, 1976-1989, 1991), 1 program, and 7 event tickets.

The fonds contains twelve reprinted black and white photographs with matching negatives from Eleanor Reeder and her brother Clarance McAusland's personal collections. The original photographs date from the 1920's to the 1960's. The photographs were taken Melfort, Saskatchewan and in Okotoks, Alberta. They include images of Melfort View S.D. #121, a Girls Farm Camp, farming activities, grain elevators, and the Melfort Post Office.

The collection contains one photocopy of a black and white photograph. Taken in 1930, the image is a formal group portrait of the Melfort United Church's young people's group, "The Alerts," of which Mabel Braaten was a member.
