Wight Bros. Garage, owned and operated by Glen and Bill Wight with a small camper parked out front beside an Esso gas pump. Formerly Hyslop Motors and Central Garage. Located on Railway Ave, Highway 7. Current site of the Country Rose Inn.

Probably taken from high on the Pioneer elevator. Shows Highway #7 facing east. Maine's windmill to pump water, baggage wagon on CN platform, white fence around stockyard and loading chute. Main CNR track and 2 sidings. East of town is flooded except for the highway.

Town of Rosetown Float

"The Better 'Ole Cigar Store" Cartoon

A cartoon depicting men outside the door to Harry Ball's Better 'Ole Cigar Store in downtown Rosetown. Harry Ball, being a cartoonist himself known for drawing current event cartoons on the sidewalk outside his store, either commissioned this drawing or drew it himself.
