This series includes the records relating to the service of Emmet Heiter in the Moose Jaw Fire Department, and his discharge papers from the infantry. It also includes a photocopy of his name in the 1912 Henderson’s DIrectory, and two poems.
This series contains correspondences in the form of letters and cards sent to and from Leith Knight. Also included are some letters written to and from Leith’s Husband Cyril, as well as a letter pertaining to blue-green algae in Buffalo Pound Lake.
This series contains copies of obituaries for people that Leith knew. Obituaries of notable Moose Javians such as the late Austin Ellis are kept. Also contained are funeral programs of some deceased.
This series contains records that make up miscellaneous events and activities such as, newspaper articles, information on the Monarchist League of Canada, programs from former Pub Nites hosted by Cy, a memo commemorating Cy’s 25th year working for CHAB Radio, a bulletin for a history slideshow presented by Leith and Cy, a subscription reminder for Saskatchewan History, a history tale about Christmas, an excerpt from an address book, a receipt book, a diary, and a list of how Leith’s assets should be handled. Receipts for charitable donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation and the Regina Sexual Assault Centre are also included, along with one page of biographical information on Cy and Leith Knight, and a life-study fellowship membership card and vehicle registration card belonging to a Richard W. Mills.

Included items are biographies of his father Andrew John Kaiser, poems, stories, sheet music, draft biographies, diaries, a history on Baildon, an appointments book, and a minutes book from an organization in Baildon.
This series consists of a portion of the Metcalf family tree covering, partially, six generations. Also included are a copy of a farewell address to Homer A. Metcalf from the residents of Macrorie Saskatchewan and a funeral memorial of him.
This series contains scrapbooks and clippings put together by Elks’ members. The scrapbooks are mostly pictures of the Elks, some are annotated. The clippings are generally obituaries of late Elk members and Elks in the news.
This series contains multimedia materials depicting various events hosted and attended by Elk members. This includes curling tournaments, minor football, loonie draws, fashion shows, fundraisers, and various other events. Many of the photographs are not dated and the individuals are unidentified.
