This series contains minutes, correspondence, publications, and fonds pertaining to the activities of the society.

This fonds contains files relating to the College of Medicine, its enrolment policies, statistics, curriculum, electives, annual reports, faculty, students, and graduates, and funding. There are also files on the Plains Hospital in Regina, and both the City and St. Paul's hospitals in Saskatoon.

This fonds contains considerable information pertaining to the militia and various aspects of the military in Canada, including Defence Medical Associations. Dr. Begg's academic career is also well documented, including publications, lectures, grant applications, material relating to cancer research, and promotions and committee work at the University of Saskatchewan. Additionally, there is considerable material on the Medical Research Council, [Royal] University Hospital Board and the various societies and associations to which Dr. Begg belonged.

This fonds contains material relating to the students, faculty and administration of the College of Medicine. These records generally contain correspondence, minutes, reports, and memoranda; as well as considerable material relating to national and provincial professional associations, health organizations, and research work.

This series contains departmental reports, various committee minutes, grant applications, reports on curriculum, and correspondence. In addition, there is material relating to both the Hall Commission and Medicare.

The fonds, related to Doctor John David Keene, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

Graduation hood awarded to Dr. Ferguson upon graduating from the University of Manitoba College of Medicine in 1916.

Awards won by Dr. Ernest H. Baergen, one of the first graduates of the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan.

This collection contains biographical material and personal correspondence, as well as files relating to Professor Coburn's work in the Dept. of Psychiatry, his affiliation with the New Democratic Party, and his membership with the Unitarian Universalist Church. There are several files on City and St. Paul's Hospitals, other universities, and articles, lecture notes, book reviews, speeches and addresses by Dr. Coburn.

This fonds contains materials relating to the initial research into physician health care. Vincent was one of the pioneers in this field, and much of his research and interests relate to the identification of and assistance for physicians under duress in their working, private, and spiritual lives. In addition, there is material relating to the development of the Palliative Care Movement at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal, in the early 1970's, as well as material regarding Christianity and medicine, ethics, alcohol abuse, marriage and family relationships, etc.
