Fonds consists of files generated by Susan Whitney Gallery Ltd, a private art gallery located in Regina, Saskatchewan. These records relate to the exhibitions and selling of art by such regional artists as Joe Fafard, David Thauberger, Russ yuristy, Bill Lobchuck, Don Proch, and Tony Tascona, among others, and such folk artists as W.C. McCargar, Dmytro Stryjek, and Eva Dennis. Other Canadian and foreign artists are represented. The fonds have been organized into ten series: Art Fairs, Artist files/Artists, Date Books, Financial Records, Globe Theatre, Invitations, Personal, Photographs, Scrapbooks, and Working files/Administration. The first series, Art Fairs, is further subdivided into four subseries: General, ART/LA/Los Angeles International Art Fair, Chicago International Art Exposition, and the Chicago International New Art Forms Exposition.
