Collection consists of programs from theatre productions, but also music and dance and some special events. The collection primarily documents the performing arts in Saskatoon and area - notably Persephone Theatre, Saskatoon Gateway Players and the Saskatoon Symphony - and includes representation from a number of independent theatre companies, some no longer in operation. Internationally, there is an extensive set of programs from the United Kingdom, most extensively from London, Cambridge, and the Royal Shakespeare Company.

There is also material relating to his career with the University of New Brunswick and the University of Saskatchewan, and information concerning his extensive collection of 16th - 19th century books on astronomy.
