This series includes membership information, such as members and officers and their classifications, as well as a welcome to Rotary package given to new members. It contains two booklets given to Rotary members, entitled the ABC’s of Rotary and Rotary Songs. It also contains Linda McBride’s Rotary business cards.
This series contains certificates of appreciation and donation. It includes a variety of posters kept by the organization, such as an object and declarations poster and the four way think test. It also contains a scrapbook of newspaper clippings about the Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow and a gift from a former exchange student.
This series is comprised of executive meeting minutes of the Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow from 1987-2012. It also contains a summary of club plans and objectives written by the organization for internal use.
This series contains three manuals for various officers of the Moose Jaw singles club, and a booklet on the history of the Fifth Wheel Club. The manuals are made up of the constitution, financial records, meeting minutes and information about other members of the Association of Minus One Clubs of Saskatchewan.
This series contains records regarding the dances and events of the club. It contains a logbook of lunches, lists of bands, Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming forms, and bar signs.
