This fonds contains correspondence, newsletters, clippings, sound recordings, books, reprints, maps, periodicals, calendars, almanacs, and notes pertaining to the activities and interests of V.O. Buyniak during his career at the University of Saskatchewan. Though the material covers a broad spectrum of topics over several decades, the bulk of the material deals with aspects of Slavic language and culture.
This fonds contains materials relating to Arscott's work; his involvement with the Progressive Conservative Party and later disillusionment with the mainstream parties and his activities with the Rhinoceros Party; his extended family; his war service;and reminiscences of growing up in Saskatoon, attending the University, and local and political figures. This fonds contains materials created or accumulated by Walter Slipchenko during his career and during research for his definitive report, Canada's Arctic Cooperation with the Soviet Union and Russia, 1965-2000. The documentation is comprehensive, covering a number of subjects and organizations, and provides a valuable record of circumpolar life across several nations. In addition to the physical items, it includes a website, www.walterslipchenko.com which provides further information on the scope of the report and the development of international, circumpolar relationships.
This fonds contains the minutes, bylaws, annual reports, correspondence, and "historical files" of the Saskatchewan Pharmaceutical Association; to a lesser extent, it also contains material from the Canadian Pharmaceutical Association, and the Canadian Conference of Pharmaceutical Faculties. This fonds also contains prescription books from the Northwest Territories and early Saskatchewan.
