Text above the photo says: "Indian Head people were saddened to hear of the passing of George Mason Jr., who died at his home in Peterborough, Ontario. Longtime residents of this community will remember his father, George Mason Sr., well known football (soccer) coach of the powerhouse team of the 1920s. Mr. Mason and members of the 1921 team are identified in the following photograph." The location of the original picture is not known.
