This membership lists and financial statistics from 1928 to 1983 and a chronological summary of the group's highlights from 1932 to 1959 (first notebook) and 1959 to 1966 (second notebook. The notebooks were prepared by Grace Horsman.

Also 11 blank Union Bank of Canada cheques. The H.L.P club was a group of three women who raised money to send care boxes to soldiers during the WWI.
