The Record and Listener Guide were distributed by "Theother Opera Company" of Indian Head. Lucinda Clemens was sister to mezzo-soprano Nancy Hockley and James Hockley.

Blair, Indian Head, Sask" - presumably the people in the cart. According to the Indian Head History Book p. 265 "Hector Haultain Borden Blair married Kathleen Farmer"
