Contents include: reproductions of the Basis of Union (1925) and related documents; published reproductions of General Council [meetings], as well as meeting agendas and reports; UCC Year Books, with detailed lists of pastoral charges and various national statistics and reports; multiple editions of the UCC Manual; minutes and reports from the Board of Home Missions, Board of Evangelism and Social Services, Division of Mission, Board of Colleges and Secondary Schools; Division of Ministry Personnel and Education; and published documents of Regina College (1911-1934); and items from St. Andrew's College Diamond Jubilee.

The Record of Proceedings include the minutes of meetings of the General Council and reports prepared for the General Council. Volumes pertain to councils held in 1925, 1930-1968 (even numbered years), 1971, 1972, 1974, 1977 and 1980.

This is a facsimile reproduction of the Basis of Union, as signed by the Members of the First General Council; it includes facsimiles of the signatures of representatives of the founding churches.

The Year Book includes: digest of actions of the Executive Committee; reports of officials, committees and general boards; statistics of the Church by Conference, presbytery and pastoral charge; lists of ministers and pastoral charges by Conference and presbytery; and alphabetical lists of ministers. Year Books for 1926 and 1928 also include the Records of Proceedings for the Second and Third General Councils, respectively.

These two volumes contain the treasurer's statement and statistics of the Church by Conference, presbytery and pastoral charge. This information is similar to that published in the Year Book but was prepared specially for use at conferences and was published subsequently in the Year Book.
