Moose Jaw St. Andrew's Pastoral Charge fonds
The fonds consists of textual and graphic materials generated by Moose Jaw St. Andrew’s Pastoral Charge and United (formerly Presbyterian) Church, as well as their church boards, committees and related bodies, local units of women’s, men’s and other groups.
Contents include: minutes of official boards and Trustees, Stewards, Session, Council, congregational, committees, Choir and Sunday School meetings; communion and historic rolls; a cradle roll; newsletters, annual reports; records of local Ladies Aid Societies, Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.), Woman’s Association (W.A.) and United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups, men’s groups (Men’s Club and A.O.T.S.) and youth groups, as well as other social clubs; property and building files; various financial records and correspondence; clippings, scrapbooks and files relating to church groups, history and events, such as the ordination of Lydia Gruchy; and registers of baptisms, marriages, and burials held.
Photographs in the collection include prints, postcards, and negatives, showing the church building, its site and features (e.g. stained-glass window), associated individuals and events (e.g. anniversaries).

The fonds contains material pertaining to private papers, the careers of Patrick Hayman and Dmytro Stryjek, Inuit Art, human rights in Saskatchewan during the Devine years, sexual discrimination, homosexuality, the Visual Aids Campaign the Doug Wilson Case, artists, galleries, collectors, dealers in Canada and England and the Millard Gallery, Millard’s research into Roger North and the Notes of Me manuscript. The material consists of minutes, correspondence, records, notes, clippings, articles, photographs, slides and catalogues..

Regina St. John's Pastoral Charge fonds
The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Regina St. John’s Pastoral Charge, its predecessor Regina Sixth Street Pastoral Charge and their constituent churches – the boards, committees and related bodies, local women’s units and other groups.
Contents include: minutes of church council, Official Board, trustees, congregation and various committee meetings; records from meetings of local United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups; historic rolls; financial ledgers; and registers of baptisms, marriages and burials that took place at St. John’s, Rae Street, Sixth Avenue, and St. Andrew’s Churches (in Regina), as well as Peepeekesis Reserve, RCMP Chapel, Whitewood, Stoney Beach, Pense, Speers, Qu’Appelle and related locations. There is also 1 album (with bulletins, directories, clippings and approx. 41 photos) and 10 photographs (most by Peter F. Groome) showing church buildings and individuals associated with St. John’s United Church and Sixth Street United – formerly Rae Street Methodist – Church.

The museum's milk and cream wagon powered by horse at the Indian Head parade. For many years this wagon went from door to door in Indian Head, towed by Polly the horse who knew every stop along the route.

Renovations on St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church
Parte de Church Religion Collection
Renovations on St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church at 717 Buxton Street, including new windows, blocking off the second entrance and redoing the exterior siding. The building was sold as a private residence in 2003. (See Indian Head Heritage Tour Booklet p29).
