This collection contains 147 pamphlets, including some revised editions, organized by tract number; together with some annual reports.

This fonds contains materials relating to the life of Jack Quinlan. It includes photographs of his years as a student at the University of Saskatchewan, but predominantly reflects his time with the RCAF. It is notable for the letters of condolence sent to his family following his death, which provide clear evidence of the extent to which one family’s loss was felt throughout the community.

This fonds contains materials pertaining to the writing, planning and production of Diefenbaker’s 80th Birthday Party in 1975. Specifically, it includes handwritten and typed notes, correspondence, photographs, slides, film and audio reels, and some clippings. The film includes footage gathered and created for the event (including new interviews with John and Olive Diefenbaker) as well as the finished product as presented during the birthday gala.

This fonds contains material related to the administration, programing, and information services of the USSU Women’s Centre in its various incarnations as well as informational brochures, reports, clippings and reference material on a variety of subjects of particular concern to women.

This fonds consists of images taken by Charles Dobie at the Fifth National Gay Conference, "Towards a Gay Community," held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan from June 29 to July 3, 1977.

This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, minutes, agenda, reports, clippings, surveys, and studies pertaining to the administration and development of the University Library system.

This fonds contains Sorokin's: manuscripts, published works, correspondence, clippings, Harvard University Administrative files, and administrative files of the Research Centre for Creative Alturism. Also included are a few photographs, a microfilm and cassette tapes, as well as works by others about Sorokin and his theories. Some of the material about Sorokin was added after his death.

This album contains images of University students involved in various activities; interiors of residence rooms; the university campus; and Saskatoon, taken between 1926 and 1930. The majority of images were taken by Jack Lydiard; most of the individuals are identified.

This fonds documents Allan Gonor’s active engagement with the people he met and the cultures he experienced. His was a curiosity borne of genuine interest, which manifested itself not only in his work as a physician, but also in his avocation: art; and in the numerous films and photographs he took. These document the local communities in and near North Battleford, Saskatchewan; including Hutterite colonies and First Nations reserves; as well as countries around the world. It documents his life and career, his interest in indigenous art and culture, and reflects his friendships with a wide variety of artists and writers, as well as the numerous individuals he met.

This fonds contains copies of research materials, notes, clippings, articles and correspondence related to the research, writing and publication of books, articles, series, blogs and websites. Also includes original illustrations, poetry, personal photographs and correspondence. It also contains notes, clippings, articles and correspondence related to the research, writing and publication of the book Saskatchewan Heroes and Rogues. Material is organized by the name of the person profiled. Profiles include: Will James; Joan Bamford Fletcher; Jean Ewen; Gladys Arnold; Morris "Two Gun" Cohen; Richard St. Barbe Baker; Tom Hourie; Norman Falkner; Charlie Palmer; Father Claffey; Emma Woikin; and Kate Rice.

Equivalent in scope to the Presidential or Vice-presidential records, this fonds specifically documents the administration of the Saskatoon campus from 1967-1974, and includes correspondence, reports, minutes, and memoranda. It also includes considerable documentation of the various administrative committees functioning during this period.

This fonds reflects Holmlund’s interest in the philosophy of education, his varied career at the University of Saskatchewan, and his concern for an equitable society. It is particularly valuable as a source for university history, specifically for the period of Leo Kristjanson’s tenure; and for issues surrounding health delivery, education, and the College of Medicine; the development of computer / IT services on campus; and First Nations educational opportunities. As a reflection of planning at a post-secondary U-15 institution, this fonds is particularly strong, notably for the materials surrounding the Issues and Options project.

The McKay family fonds contains material created and assembled primarily by Angus McKay and his daughter Annie Maude (Nan) Nan McKay. The photographs include family members as well as HBC staff; the University of Saskatchewan campus during Nan McKay’s time as a student; and a variety of scenes and people in Northern Saskatchewan, documenting Angus McKay’s work and family life at various posting, and including a photo identified as a treaty party in La Ronge. The textual material accumulated by Angus McKay includes business, family and personal correspondence, including correspondence relating to his award of scrip, receipts, financial accounts, price lists, tax assessments, etc. There is also material relating to the McKay family tree; printed reminiscences (1935) of the Riel Rebellion of 1885; notes and sketches for a talk by Nan McKay about bird watching.
