It is comprised of manuals created by the organization for the use of its officers, which include the constitution, financial records, meeting minutes, information about other members of the Association of Minus One Clubs of Saskatchewan, dance schedules and band bookings, and membership information. The fonds also contains regular, executive, and annual meeting minutes and reports.

It is unknown who compiled these scrapbooks. The ‘Photo Flashback’ section was published from 1988-1989.
