This series contains the correspondences of the club. It contains incoming and outgoing correspondences. It consists of subseries correspondences, and cards.

This series contains the bulletins, notices, news, and other distributed documents of the club. It consists of subseries official bulletins, committee bulletins, Kiwanis News and magazines, notices, suggestions, district bulletins, and officer’s bulletins.

This series consists of the assorted activities and events, and conventions of the club. It consists of subseries assorted activities and events, and conventions.

This series contains the financial records of the club. It is divided into subseries official annual financial reports, expenses, tax notices, and dues.

This series contains records created and compiled specifically by Kaiser. It is divided into subseries memoirs and diaries, creative writing and art, correspondence, memorabilia, lawsuit, and calendars.

This series contains the records created by Erlin Kaiser, accumulated by his son Jerry. Included items are biographies of his father Andrew John Kaiser, poems, stories, sheet music, draft biographies, diaries, a history on Baildon, an appointments book, and a minutes book from an organization in Baildon.

This series contains the records created by members of the Tysdal family, and accumulated by Jerry Kaiser. They include a project about a last day on the Tysdal family farm, a certificate of naturalization and accompanying forms, a delayed birth certificate, an agreement for the sale of land, an identification card and accompanying photographs, handwritten receipts, newspaper clippings, and a humorous handwritten anecdote about a pig.

This series contains photograph albums created and accumulated by Kaiser.

This series contains material related to Elliott’s military and police service. It includes a scrapbook of WWII photographs and notes, a book about WWII and photographs taken during his military and police service.

This series contains the 1967 annual report of the Provincial Council of Women in Saskatchewan and the abridged reports of the National Council of Women of Canada from 1943-1952. Some of the reports are annotated by council members.

This series is made up of material collected from Elliott’s childhood. It contains school diplomas, piano certificates, appreciation certificate, a photo of Elliott as a child and photos of farm scenes.

This series contains pamphlets and programs produced and collected by the National Council and the Moose Jaw Council. It contains celebratory publications, such as the history of the council, the Golden Jubilee pamphlet and Moose Jaw’s 50th anniversary banquet program. It also contains a pamphlet regarding the Lady Aberdeen Library on the History of Women at the University of Waterloo.

This series contains the National Council of Women of Canada yearbooks and the supplements to the yearbooks. Some of the yearbooks are annotated by council members.

This series contains a bookmark from Elliott’s memorial service. Elliott’s obituary is printed on one side and psalm twenty-three is printed on the other.
