This fonds contains a completed copy of Allan’s master’s thesis entitled A Populist in Municipal and Provincial Politics: John Wesley Corman as well as some of his research used for writing the thesis. The research papers include copies of newspapers, articles, photographs and an audiocassette pertaining to John Wesley Corman. The research papers are heavily annotated.

It also contains the funeral service program for Garth Curtis Kennedy, who was employed by the organization for 52 years. During his career he served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
This fonds consists of three series. There are records of the Moose Jaw Horticultural Society of the late 1980's and 1990's. There are membership and directors lists, minutes of meetings, financial statements and correspondence. There are schedules, information and publicity on events held by the society. There are 2 scrapbooks from 1990 and 1991 that contain photos, programs, memorabilia and newspaper clippings. There are also loose newspapers clippings and some which have been glued on loose leaf pages and a notebook. There are minutes and newsletters from the Saskatchewan Horticultural Association as well as reports, brochures and publication information from the Extension and Community Relations Division of the University of Saskatchewan. There is one copy of the periodical “The Saskatchewan Gardener”, Winter 1995 edition.

This fonds consists of the business and activities of the Welcome Wagon Newcomers Alumni Club. Included are the constitution and by-laws, membership lists, agendas and minutes of meetings, and planning lists for activities. There are two coil bound scrapbooks of photographs, cards, and newspaper clippings of Club activities. There are two editions of Welcome Wagon International Handbook and By-Laws.

This fonds consists of four series. Included is a copy of the constitution, membership lists, treasurers records, correspondence, schedules and reports of field trips and other activities. There is a scrapbook containing newspaper clippings, 3 photographs and some programs of activities of the Moose Jaw Natural History Society from 1957 to 1977, an album of nature photography that was presented to the Moose Jaw Public Library in 1982 to commemorate Moose Jaw’s 100th anniversary, and a file of newspaper clippings. This fonds also includes slides, some sets with scripts. Other slides are of nature and wildlife taken by members on field trips. There are copies of constitutions from three other Saskatchewan cities, a few newsletters from other Natural History Societies and four copies of “The Blue Jay Magazine”.
