This series contains the assorted artifacts of the club.

This series contains records created and compiled specifically by Kaiser. It is divided into subseries memoirs and diaries, creative writing and art, correspondence, memorabilia, lawsuit, and calendars.

This series consists of two Visitor Books signed by those visiting the War Services Club and a volume that recorded requests of servicemen and hosts to arrange hospitality, meals, and board on certain occasions from 1940 to 1944.

This series contains meeting minutes, by-laws, and declarations. It includes descriptions of the organization’s various committees as well as their reports received by the executive committee. It also contains one rubber stamp that reads: 'Moose Jaw War Co-Ordinating War Services Council / Chairman or Vice Chairman/ Treasurer’. The stamp appears on various reports throughout the series and fonds.

This series holds correspondences relating to donations, many of these are in the form of thank you notes to donors. It also includes Ration Administration forms and correspondence. This material is regarding the ratios provided to the organization – forms sent by the Council and letters from the Ratio Administration asking for clarification on the forms.

This series consists of documents that record legal actions by or on behalf of members of the Metcalf family or their relatives.

This series consists of a supposed membership list of the local K.K.K. gathered by the provincial government. Also included is a letter from the Provincial Archivist confirming its return to the Moose Jaw Archives.

This series contains documents regarding proposed additions in 1986 and renovations in 1958 to the Elks’ lodge. It consists of contracts with the contractors, construction specifications and architectural drawings.

This series contains material related to Elliott’s military and police service. It includes a scrapbook of WWII photographs and notes, a book about WWII and photographs taken during his military and police service.

This series includes the meeting minutes of the board of directors from 1950-1972. There are also minutes from the annual meeting, which include the annual report and some financial documentation.

This series contains documents pertaining to the organization of the choir. This includes the constitution, meeting minutes, annual reports and tax return information.

This series contains items kept by the choir as keepsakes. This includes event programs and menus. It includes four photographs taken of the choir. It also contains seven scrapbooks complied by the choir documenting the activities of the group. These include clippings, photographs, obituaries and cards.

This series contains communications received by the choir. This includes greeting cards and letters. Much of this material is regarding plans for upcoming events or thanks for past events.

This series consists of membership and attendance registers. It also includes minutes from the Moose Jaw lodge meetings as well as the general committee meetings, organized by the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen with representatives from lodges across Canada, which took place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The minute books also include member lists, attendance records and election results.
