There are also press releases, speeches, and papers from the Western Economic Opportunities Conference (Calgary, 1973) and the Food Prices Review Board including published reports on prices of foodstuffs, company profits, and price trends. As well, there are news releases, bulletins, and reports from the Anti-Inflation Board. There is a considerable amount of material from the Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, including transcripts of hearings and exhibits concerning the inquiry into the economic, legal, technological, marketing, and administrative practices of telecommunications companies in Canada.

The Arbitration was brought before the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague, under the provisions of the general treaty of arbitration of April 4, 1908, and the special agreement of January 27, 1909, between the United States of America and Great Britain.
