This fonds consists of correspondence, reports, articles, addresses, minutes, course material and notes relating to H.R. Baker’s career and research. There is considerable material regarding the development and delivery of extension programs and adult education in Saskatchewan. Much of the material deals rural and community planning and coping with changing social and economic conditions. This fonds is supplementary and complementary to the official records of the Extension Division.

This collection primarily consists of Laycock's addresses and articles. Among the many topics covered in this material are child and adolescent development, mental health, parent-teacher cooperation, exceptional children, and penal reform. Additionally, it contains some biographical information, including a taped interview (1970) and the article, "My Work in the Mental Health Field, 1940-1970."

These records contain correspondence, minutes, memoranda, and reports concerning the administration of summer school courses.

This fonds consists of correspondence and biographical material; minutes, reports, and newsletters from the Canadian Council for Educational Research and the Canadian Education Association; and material related to the curriculum, courses, and staff of the College of Education. In addition, there is considerable information relating to Quance's publications, his speeches and articles, particularly on spellers, spelling, teacher's manuals, and examinations. It also contains information on Knox United Church in Saskatoon.

This collection contains the material kept by Professor Deverell in his capacity as Secretary for the Quance Lecture Series. It includes minutes of the committee meetings, correspondence with lecturers, and an almost complete set of both the manuscripts and the published lectures. Missing are the lectures by D.H. Russell (1953), G.E. Flower (1964), and J.R. Kidd (1966) (see University Lectures). Lecturers included J.G. Althouse, ME. LaZerte, W.P. Percival, H.L. Campbell, J.P. Gilmour, C.E. Phillips, G.A. The material in this fonds deal with Glaze’s life including school and extracurricular interests as a youth and later as a journalist, fiction writer, editor and educator.

Also included are correspondence, minutes, drafts, submissions and reports pertaining to the activities of the Saskatchewan Department of Education's Curriculum and Instruction Review Committee.

This fonds contains: photo albums, reports, student surveys, and pamphlets relating to summer French immersion programs offered by the College of Education; VHS tapes documenting the twenty-fifth anniversary of French immersion in Saskatoon and French educational tapes; and reports, surveys, correspondence and publications relating to the French Education Program.

This fonds contains material relating to the research work, students, faculty and administration of the College of Education and its departments. These records generally contain correspondence, minutes, reports, and memoranda. Included is material relating to the Colleges' native education programs, such as SUNTEP, ITEP, and NORTEP, as well as records documenting the Colleges' role in the provincial education system.
