This fonds contains manuals and guides on the development of the Moose Jaw’s Downtown, as well as photograph albums and matted photographs documenting the activities of the group.
This fonds consists of Reid's research materials relating Isaac Barr and the Barr Colony. Materials include copies of documents on the Barr family and the Barr Colony, dating from 1883. The records have been sorted into three broad categories. New file titles have been created only when it was appropriate to do so.
This fonds consists of four series. Included are membership lists, minutes of meetings from 1954 to 1961, correspondence and committee reports. There are minutes, reports and resolutions from provincial conferences and national conventions as well as international publications. There are seven scrapbooks and one album containing photos, newspaper clippings, correspondence and memorabilia of the Moose Jaw club from 1947 to 1987.
This collection contains material relating to the Lieutenant Colonel D.V. Currie, V.C Armoury dedication ceremony on June 12, 1988 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Lieutenant Colonel G. F. Carline, C.D. was the master of ceremonies. The fonds contains the program for the event as well as a typescript of his speech, with handwritten additions and corrections.
The fonds, related to the Prairieville Rural Telephone Company, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

The collection also contains two articles by Professor Wacker: "Switching Noise Studies on Powerline Courier" (1967) and "Image Representation Via Its Symmetrical Components" (1986).

This fonds contains drafts and preparations for the SIAST’s yearbooks from 1981-1986, meeting minutes of the SRC from 1980, and information booklets from 1976-1981. It includes page layouts, prints of photographs, negatives, meeting minutes, booklets, and a blueprint.
This fonds is comprised of memorabilia created and collected by Kathleen McClelland about the McClelland, Brubaker and Battell families. It includes sections of the newspaper and newspaper clippings where members of her family are mentioned. It contains compiled family histories of the Brubakers and the McClellands as well as photographs of various family members. This fonds also includes a Moose Jaw School District No. 1 100th Anniversary Calendar – Kathleen McClelland, S. Ernest M. McClelland, Kathleen’s father, and Rella (Brubaker) Hunter, Kathleen’s aunt, were all teachers in Moose Jaw.
